Types of examinations
Administrative examination (compliance examination) —an examination of the appraising report, conducted to confirm that the appraising meets all requirements or standards observed in specific markets, or exceeds them and at least meets the generally accepted appraising principles.
Texniki ekspertiza — qiymətləndirici ekspertin yoxlanılan hesabatda göstərilən təhlil, fikir və rəylərin məqbul, əsaslandırılmış olması barədə mülahizə tərtib etmək üçün aparılan qiymətləndirmə hesabatının ekspertizasıdır.

Sahə ekspertizası – qiymətləndirilən əmlakın xarici hissəsi, bəzən isə daxili hissəsinin, hesabatda təqdim olunan məlumatların təsdiqlənməsi üçün müqayisə oluna bilən əmlak obyektlərinin tədqiqatını əhatə edən qiymətləndirmə hesabatının ekspertizası. Adətən masaüstü ekspertiza zamanı yoxlanılan bəndlərin daxil olduğu nəzarət-yoxlama siyahısı vasitəsilə aparılır və bazar məlumatlarının təsdiqlənməsi, əlavə məlumatların toplanması üzrə tədqiqatlar və hesabatın hazırlanması zamanı istifadə olunan proqram təminatının yoxlanılmasını daxil edə bilər.
